Firefighters pull man, truck from construction trench

A man has minor injuries after he drove a pick-up truck into a construction trench overnight.

It happened just before 11 p.m,  near MacArthur Boulevard, north of I-30.

Irving firefighters say the driver didn't see the barricade around the are and his truck fell about 40 feet.

Firefighters were able to rescue the man and his truck.
