Dallas police search for shooter who injured teen

A teenager wounded in the face during a drive-by shooting in west Dallas is recovering.

Police said it happened early Sunday  morning around 2 a.m.

Authorities said she  was standing outside a home on Conroe Drive,  near Sylan Avenue, when the shooter started firing.

The bullet hit the house then hit the teen in the face, Dallas police said.
