Company developing Texas bullet train reportedly finds a builder

A plan to bring a high-speed rail that can take riders from Dallas to Houston in less than two hours is moving forward.

The company developing the "Texas bullet train" just announced it has found a builder.

An Italian construction company will design and build the project.

The deal is worth $14 billion.
