Chase suspects drive truck into Mountain Creek Lake
A Grand Prairie police chase Thursday afternoon ended with the suspects driving their truck into Mountain Creek Lake.
A narcotics investigation led police to pursue the black truck along Interstate 30 into Dallas. The truck then took Loop 12 and exited at Mountain Creek Parkway.
The suspects then drove the vehicle off a partially-submerged boat ramp into Mountain Creek Lake.
The driver and a passenger were taken into custody by Grand Prairie police and faces weapons and narcotics charges.
Police said there were no injuries.
