Buc-ee's breaks ground on new location in Collin County

A popular Texas highway pit-stop is setting up shop in another North Texas city.
Buc-ee's broke ground Monday on a new location in Melissa, north of McKinney. The latest location of the Texas icon will be off Highway 75 and Davis Road.
SKY4 on Wednesday found crews doing some preliminary groundwork.
The popular rest stop attracts 10,000 people a day, on average, according to the owners.
Buc-ee's expects to open its Melissa location in February 2019.
