Bedford PD makes arrest in motorcyclist hit-and-run case
Bedford police say a tip helped them arrest a hit and run suspect.
Police believe Kannon Taylor ran over a motorcyclist on October 28 near Highway 121 and then sped off.
Taylor’s alleged victim was Quron Simms, who was on his motorcycle. He is still recovering from the collision. Doctors say it could take a year for him to walk again. He's already had one surgery and will have several more.
