Arlington police chase man wanted in shooting

ARLINGTON, Texas - A man is accused of shooting another man and then leading police on a chase.
It happened in Arlington where police said Ruben James Rivera was following his ex and her new boyfriend. Rivera shot the boyfriend, police said.
That set off a chase that caused several accidents, including one with a bus.
“This is the kind of stuff you see on TV. You never thought you’d be like something like this in real life. It’s pretty wild,” said Milton Bradley, the bus driver.
Rivera finally stopped in Euless and was arrested. He had several outstanding warrants and is now facing charges for evading arrest and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
There is no word on the condition of the wounded man.
