Arlington officer hurt in overnight crash
ARLINGTON, Texas - An Arlington police officer was hurt in a traffic accident Thursday night.
The officer’s patrol car collided with another car while making a turn at Brown Boulevard and Ballpark Way, north of Interstate 30.
Firefighters had to cut the other vehicle to get the driver out. He was taken to a hospital in serious condition.
The officer suffered only a broken foot or ankle.
