2 men shot in argument at Duncanville restaurant

Two people were shot at a restaurant in Duncanville, south of Dallas.

People reportedly ran as they heard gunfire around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at Pappadeux Seafood Restaurant on Highway 67.

Police said three men were arguing and took the fight outside. One man shot the other two men and then left with a woman.

"At that point in time it was mass chaos inside Pappadeaux's... everybody fleeing, running and knocking over waitresses and everybody else. One thing we're asking for is if anybody here saw what kind of car they got into or something please call Duncanville Police Department," said Doug Sisk with Duncanville PD.

The two injured men were taken to a hospital. Although no official update on their conditions was released, the friend of one man told FOX 4h e was shot seven times and needed surgery.

Police have not yet arrested the shooter or released a description.

Pappadeaux's hosted Mardi Gras celebrations on Tuesday.
