18-wheeler crashes through apartment fence

WAXAHACHIE, Texas - A big rig nearly hit an apartment building after a crash Wednesday morning in Waxahachie.

It happened around 5 p.m. at the Bent Tree Apartments off Interstate 35E.

The driver somehow lost control of the truck and it plowed through an iron fence. It stopped just a few feet away from the building.

There were no reports of injuries.
