13 alleged meth, cocaine traffickers charged in operation 'Put it in Reverse'

Thirteen alleged drug traffickers in the Texas Panhandle were federally charged in DEA-led Operation Put It In Reverse.
Over the course of the investigation, law enforcement seized about 70 kilograms of methamphetamine, four kilograms of cocaine, two kilograms of fentanyl, $70,000 in assets, and eight firearms.
These arrests were made in Potter, Randall and Hall Counties.
Operation Put It In Reverse
Alleged drug traffickers:
The defendants were arrested last week. If convicted, they face as much as 20 years to life in federal prison.
- Juan Gabriel Castro, aka "Big Boy," is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
- Luis Gilberto Garcia, is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
- Terry Deon Noble, is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, distribution of methamphetamine.
- David Dewayne Keelin, is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
- Charlotte Ann Villanueva, is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
- Kody Ryan Patterson, is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
- Melissa Lynn Nelson, is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
- Joshua James Tarver, is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, distribution of methamphetamine.
- Danny James Wise, is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
- Christopher Steven Conley, is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
- Reba Lynn McLaughlin, is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
- Mario Socorro Martinez, is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, distribution of methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
- Alfredo Olivares Jimenez, aka "Freddie," is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
