Tipping the scales for children

There is an epidemic of childhood obesity in Texas and the United States. But reversing that is a huge challenge.  It's one Dr. Laura Defina is taking on as CEO of the Copper Institute.  She and the SMU's Maguire Center are bringing leaders together for an event to talk about the issue.
