Spicy Cowboy Burger

4.5oz 100% Certified Angus Beef
1 oz melted cheddar cheese
1 oz BBQ Sauce
1 egg bun, butter toasted
3 half slices of Applewood smoked bacon
1 oz crispy haystack onions
1.5 oz of grilled and seasoned jalapeño slices
