Seminar for parents, teens focuses on dating violence

Dating violence is prevalent among teens and young adults. Tonight the Plano Police Department is helping parents and teens navigate through dating with a free seminar called "Love Is Setting Boundaries." The idea is to empower youth to prevent and end dating abuse.
