Restful holiday tips for parents
There is a book that some parents believe helps get their little ones to sleep. But one sleep expert for babies, Melissa O'Neil who runs the company Newborn Nightingales, says "The Rabbit Who Wants to Fall Asleep" isn't always the answer. She offers some tips that are especially helpful when it comes to sleep and schedules during the holidays.
1. Flex days, but keep bedtime the same.
2. Bring child's sleep associations when you travel.
3. Keep sleeping areas dark and quiet.
4. Get back to the schedule ASAP.
