Sunday brings another hot day with a chance of storms

Another hot day today as temps rise into the mid 90s with feels like temps in the low 100s. Skies will be partly cloudy with a 30% chance of storms, especially in the heat of the afternoon. Storms may go briefly severe with gusty winds, but widespread severe weather isn't expected.

This forecast holds through the middle of next week, then we finally dry out, but highs will reach the upper 90s as the area dries out.
