Soggy, Sometimes Stormy Days Ahead!

Storms for some....cool weather for all on the way!

A complex of storms north of the MPLEX will weaken rapidly this AM BUT survive the trip for areas NW & N of DFW through about 7am. These will likely push the next round (PM-eve) farther south and west. In-between, we get some breaks in the clouds midday to push us to 80. The next storms DFW west/south could form after 3pm...and may be severe (wind, heavy rain).

Cooler air moves back in tonight through Friday AM. Cloudy skies and patchy showers tomorrow combined with a north wind will keep high in the low 70s.

The MAIN piece of energy arrives Thursday. Some rain will be heavy (a few storms...non-severe) and fairly widespread with highs again low 70s.

The last shower should exit Fri AM, and the rest of the forecast dries out into the weekend. We'll slowly warm up to "near normal" in the mid 80s.

Next week may again threaten NTX with storms...is it summer yet?
