Don't BLINK or Fall Weather Will Be Gone!

Brief BURST of Fall...then the Summer SLAM returns!

Cold front still headed through SE counties this AM, but MOST of us are now cooler with a north wind. There will be at least a little sun this AM before clouds take over. Highs should range from the upper 60s NW, to 70s Metroplex to 80s SE.

As for rain chances TODAY, we've trimmed them back to very low coverage...mainly just N & W later.

Overnight is a different story. A stronger disturbance heads in with higher coverage of showers and a few storms into Friday AM. Still only about 50% coverage.

That disturbance exits PM, so we'll see some sun return with temps inching back into the low 80s.

This weekend still rockets back into summer. Low clouds Sat AM will break for a gusty south wind and highs in the upper 80s with high humidity. Sunday is even hotter with highs at or above 90 and a gusty south wind.

Monday and Tuesday are similar in the low 90s with brisk south breezes. By mid-week a cold front heads in with some storm chances, followed by a return to more "normal" fall weather by the end of next week.
