Oak Cliff neighborhood hires police patrols for July 4
Residents in Oak Cliff said they've been fighting for years to stop fireworks and gunfire during the Fourth of July holiday. This year, the HOA is hiring extra patrols to keep the neighborhood safe and quiet, especially for the elderly. FOX 4's Rebecca Butcher spoke to those in the neighborhood who said the commotion has been out of control.
