Sunday night's second presidential debate is primed to be an even larger political special than the first. Fresh scandals, uncovered last week regarding both party's nominees, are sure to be used as ammunition by Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.

Fox News chief anchor Shepard Smith is in St. Louis to cover the debate at Washington University.
