Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo attendees brave the cold
FORT WORTH, Texas - People braved the cold at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo on Sunday.
While most of the events are indoors, people did have to walk from building to building.
People made sure to dress for the bitter cold.

The Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo says they have protocols and programs in place in case there is any snow or ice.
Crews are prepared to sand and salt the sidewalks.
The animals are comfortable in the cold temperatures as they spend much of their time outdoors.
"So what we try to do, besides make an environment that is adequate for them, we want an environment that is comfortable for our guests," said Matt Brockman, Communications Director for the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.
The Martin Luther King Cowboys of Color Rodeo is scheduled for Monday.
Since most events take place indoors, everything is still on schedule despite the cold temperatures sticking around.

Cody Davenport and his family were prepared by packing extra layers.
"We saw the gradual change of the weather and each day we started adding more and more clothes to what we were gonna bring to stay warm," said Davenport. "You have to be prepared for whatever weather Texas is gonna throw at you."
New Fort Worth resident Pamela Saenz wanted to show her friend visiting from Florida what her new town has to offer so she made sure to bundle up.
"This morning it was 21 degrees, felt like 10," said Saenz. "I think I have four layers on the top, two layers on the bottom, gloves."
