Are we sure this is a Texas Summer?

Feelin' more like Florida..than Texas! Rain chances almost every day for the next week!

Today is definitely the oddest. Rain this morning will be high coverage through at least noon before tapering off PM from NW to SE. Some heavy rain possible from DFW south. Clouds may hold all day, but we should be able to get back into the mid 80s by 5-6pm.

A mild, humid night is in store...with some low shower chances late tonight-Thursday AM for areas east of Dallas. Thursday will see partly sunny skies return, with highs low 90s but humid.

Friday has the next cold front nosing in toward noon-PM. That will trigger some scattered storms with highs near 90 Metro...90s south...and 80s north.

As the front stalls this weekend, additional storm chances are in the forecast. Some Saturday PM...but more possible Sunday. Highs low 90s.

The pattern will also support MORE rain and storms into early next week before drying out mid-week. Some heavy rain may fall either Monday or Tuesday...so we'll have to watch!
