Hundreds rally in Fort Worth for 'Weekend of Action'
A coalition of human rights organizations and activist groups mobilized more than 1,000 demonstrations across the United States on Saturday, protesting federal immigration enforcement following a series of controversial incidents. Protestors flooded the streets in major cities including Minneapolis, Portland, and New York, with crowds also gathering outside the White House. The nationwide "Weekend of Action" was organized to demand greater accountability for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and comes in the wake of the fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis earlier this week.
