Search for Noel Rodriguez Alvarez resumes in Everman

FBI agents began digging in the yard of a home where 6-year-old Noel Rodriguez Alvarez lived with his family before he disappeared in 2022. The little boy is presumed dead, but his body still has not been found. His fugitive mother was brought back from India last year on a capital murder charge. Last month, she was found incompetent to stand trial.
