Gov. Abbott expected to make an announcement Monday regarding COVID-19 restrictions

Gov. Greg Abbott is promising exciting news Monday afternoon. While he did not release any specifics, last week he said he'd share something in the near future about whether he would roll back some of the statewide pandemic restrictions that have been in place for months.
