Program helps Texans struggling to pay electric bills

There is help for Texans who can't pay their electric bill due to loss of wages during the coronavirus pandemic. It's a stay on disconnections plus money when you are short. Consumer reporter Steve Noviello talks to Andrew Barlow from the Public Utility Commission to find out more.
