TWC answers questions about filing an unemployment complaint

More than 700,000 Texans have applied for unemployment benefits in the past three weeks. Thousands more say they cannot get through to the Texas Workforce Commission to file a claim. Spokesman Francisco Gamez joins Good Day to answer questions about getting service.
