Dallas councilwoman expresses concerns about hospital shortages, crowded trails

Dallas County is keeping track of hospital beds and supplies -- both being used and available during the coronavirus pandemic. Councilwoman Jennifer Staubach Gates is one of the people looking at those daily reports. She joined Good Day live on the phone to talk about her concerns and to encourage people to practice social distancing at the city's parks and trails.
