After an overindulgent holiday season, many people take part in a Dry January to reset for the new year. George Kook, the director of the National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, joins Good Day live from Maryland. He said for some it's a way to lose weight and for others it leads to more energy, better sleep and spending less.
