Congress working on legislation to overhaul air safety

Family members are turning their grief into action after losing loved ones onboard an American Airlines flight that exploded over the Potomac River in January. After colliding with a military helicopter, they're supporting new legislation requiring all aircraft, military and civilian, to use a new broadcast system.
