Family escapes while RV park caught in Texas flooding

This local father walked us through the terrifying moments when his family was rushed to safety on the morning of July 4. He lives in the RV with his three young sons along the Guadalupe River. He says he woke up to the Ingram Fire Department telling him to get out.
