Dallas police says crime rate down 14% from last year

Dallas police chief Daniel Comeaux faced Dallas city council members for the first time as chief in the public safety committee. The city has seen 3 years in a row with drops in violent crime and this year is on the same track with a more than 14% drop in violent crime compared with last year.
