Dallas teen hurt by police horse at Texas state fair
Dallas police say a mounted police officer was patrolling Big Tex Circle when the horse was startled, bucking off the officer.�The teen's mom says he had a seizure for the first time in his life after being knocked to the ground by the horse and lost consciousness.
