Doctor recalls linking emergencies to tainted IV bags

After a series of cardiac emergencies at one North Dallas surgical center, an anesthesiologist came to the conclusion that someone was poisoning the bags. He told jurors what happened and how he made the discovery. Dr. Raynaldo Ortiz is now on trial for tampering with those bags.
