No one accepts responsibility for border crisis

President Joe Biden met with a group of governors at the White House about the border crisis, and there was a lot of finger-pointing. Many governors voiced frustration with his handling of the crisis. But the president blamed Republicans in Congress for not passing immigration reforms.
