Former congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson's son plans to sue Baylor Scott & White for what he calls 'medical negligence' concerning his mother's death. Kirk Johnson says his mother was left in her own urine and feces following back surgery and that an infection led to the 89-year-old's death.
