Local non-profit celebrates 10 years, plans to expand

The Dallas Entrepreneur Center, a local non-profit that helps small businesses and start-ups, is celebrating its 10 year anniversary today. The DEC is expanding into a bigger space in The Shops at RedBird to help current and future entrepreneurs in the area.
