Learning Loss: Pandemic caused largest test score drop in 30 years

National test results show the pandemic blotted out 20 years of progress in elementary math and reading. Anne Wicks, the director of education and opportunity at the Bush Institute, says scores fell by the largest margin in more than 30 years.
