Victims' family members hoping for justice as accused North Texas serial killer faces retrial

Accused serial killer Billy Chemirmir will face a retrial starting Monday. On the eve of the second trial, FOX 4's David Sentendrey spoke with family members of one of his alleged victims who will be in the court room with the accused killer for the first time.
