Woman stabbed while walking at Arlington park

DALLAS - Police arrested a juvenile for an attack on a senior citizen in Veterans Park in Arlington.

The attack happened at the park on West Arkansas Lane around 5 p.m. Wednesday.

The woman was stabbed as she walked through the park. She is expected to survive.

Police took an unidentified suspect in for a mental evaluation.
