A police response in a Utah neighborhood turned deadly.
Two police officers were killed, and a man has been arrested.

The backstory:
Police in Utah were responding Sunday to a domestic disturbance call in Tremonton, about 75 miles north of Salt Lake City.
Police Detective Crystal Beck of neighboring Brigham City told reporters that officers were shot at immediately upon arrival.
What they're saying:
"They requested additional units. And then stopped answering their radio," Beck said.
What we know:
Two officers were shot and killed. A sheriff’s deputy and a police dog who also responded were hurt. They’re hospitalized in fair condition, police said.
After the officers were shot, bystanders persuaded the man to stop shooting and put down his gun, police said.
What we don't know:
It’s unclear if anyone else was at the home or who the bystanders were that helped end the standoff.
Police did not give the name of the man or the names of the officers who were killed.
