Tarrant County hosts Back-to-School Roundup

FORT WORTH, Texas - Thousands of students and their parents attended the Tarrant County Back-to-School Roundup on Thursday.

The families from 20 school districts including Fort Worth ISD had to pre-register for the event that began at 7:40 a.m. at the Will Rogers Memorial Center.

Kids were able to get health screenings, haircuts, school supplies and uniforms.

The roundup is open until 2 p.m. but many people lined up early to avoid the crowds.
