DALLAS - A 41-year-old man faces a murder charge following a fatal shooting in Pleasant Grove late Sunday night, Dallas police said.
Milton Colocho killed in shooting
Officers responded to a shooting call in the 9700 block of Bruton Road at 10:40 p.m. on Aug. 30. Upon arrival, police found 35-year-old Milton Colocho with gunshot wounds.
Colocho died at the scene.
What we know:
A preliminary investigation identified the suspect as Brian Loyless, 41. Loyless was taken into custody and booked into the Lew Sterrett Complex, where he is being held on a charge of murder.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the facts and circumstances surrounding the fatal shooting.
