Richardson man steals American flag
A man was seen stealing an American flag in Richardson last Thursday.
A person saw the act and and photographed the man and the car he was driving in the 300 block of N. Yale Boulevard at 6:50 p.m.
His car is a blue Honda with red wheels and a primer front fender. If you have information on the suspect, call 972-744-4800.
