Home covered in ice after plumbing mishap
A Detroit home may be damaged beyond repair because of ice.
The people who lived in the 100-year-old house left in November.
Apparently the water department never got the memo and the pipes burst. The house froze while it flooded.
Even some of the neighbors' cars were frozen to the street.
