Fort Worth woman's dog missing after car theft
FORT WORTH, Texas - Fort Worth police are asking for help find a 71-year-old woman’s missing dog.
The little white Staffordshire terrier named Pinki was riding in her owner’s car when it was stolen on Aug. 5. The person who stole the car was arrested but Pinki is still missing.
The suspect told police he pushed Pinki out near AV Cato Elementary on Palmetto Street. Officers haven't been able to find her.
Police said Pinki’s owner is desperate to get her back. The pup has a pink belly, pointed ears and a pink collar.
Someone reported finding her Thursday morning but police said it ended up being the wrong dog.
Anyone who spots Pinki should contact the Fort Worth Police Department.
