FORT WORTH, Texas - A suspect is charged with murder after allegedly intentionally crashing their car into their ex's vehicle.

What we know:
Police say they were called to a major crash on NE 28th Street shortly after noon on Saturday.
Officers determined the crash was intentional.
The driver of one of the vehicles crashed into another vehicle that had an ex-partner inside.
The suspect intentionally struck the victim's vehicle, causing the crash.
A victim was pronounced dead, and the suspect has been interviewed by homicide detectives and is cooperating with the investigation.
After initially saying the suspect was in custody, the Fort Worth police are now saying no charges or arrests have been made.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the manner, cause of death, and identity of the deceased.
