Fate Child Pornography Arrest
What we know:
Fate police arrested a resident on Tuesday and charged him with three counts of possession of child pornography and one count of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
City officials said investigators got a tip about the suspect in December from the Dallas Police Department thanks to a data system created by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Investigators searched the suspect’s home and found evidence related to the charges on electronic devices.
The suspect was booked into the Rockwall County jail, city officials said.

Fate city officials would not release the suspect’s name.
However, Rockwall County jail records indicate David Johnson was the only person arrested on Tuesday for the possession of child porn and tampering with evidence.
Jail records show Johnson was also arrested in October for the possession of child pornography.
What we don't know:
No mugshot was available for Johnson on the Rockwall County jail website.
The status of his October case is also unknown.
Fate officials did not comment on that case.
