Two Everman High School students were killed in a rollover accident over the weekend.

Police said the single-car crash happened Sunday night just before midnight in the 300 block of Roy C. Brooks Drive in Everman. A Ford Mustang with three teens inside flipped several times.

Rescuers pulled the driver of the Mustang out of the car. Joan Sebastian Revilla was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, but is reportedly in stable condition. But the driver's younger brother, Anthony Revilla and his cousin, Edward Bustos, were both killed in the crash.

Everman Independent School District Superintendent Curtis Amos confirmed both Anthony and Edward were Everman High School students.

“Our deepest condolences go out to the families affected by this incident,” Amos said in a statement.

Friends say Joan Sebastian had just gotten the Mustang sports car over the weekend. He posted a picture of his new car on Facebook about an hour before the crash.

"We are fairly certain weather was a factor in this case, "said Everman Police Chief Craig Spencer. "However, we aren't able to give a definite on what the cause of the accident is."

Police say they're also trying to determine if speed was a factor. Those who know the area where the crash happened say it's tempting to go beyond the 40 miles per hour limit.

Relatives say they were at another relative's house playing video games before the crash and were taking Edward home.

The school will have counselors on hand for any students who need assistance.
