Quiet Holiday Forecast, with a Fast Warmup!
Enjoying the COLD, frosty air? Take a PICTURE..it won't last long! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Clear skies, calm winds and dry air allowed temps to plummet overnight but SW winds and sun (with a few high clouds) will boost us back past 60 by noon and into the upper 60s later today. Beautiful!
Temps drop quickly into the 40s, then steady out overnight as south winds pick up.
We'll see a rapid rise into the 70s with increasing winds Friday...even hitting 80 in our western counties!
The next cold front heads in Saturday with a few extra morning clouds, followed by a wind shift to the NE. Temps will start mild (50) so they will still be able to get into the 70s unless you live north in which case they will stay in the 60s.
One more cool start Sunday in the 40s (30s north) before we warm back up with light south winds. Highs again well into the 60s, with 70 possible west.
Monday will be WINDY and warm (70s) ahead of the next cold front Tuesday. Timing is a bit iffy, BUT it looks to move through in the afternoon...and just a very low shower chance (20%). Mild 70s ahead of it, but we will see gusty NW winds drop us back to "normal" temps" in the low 60s by Wednesday.
